Terms & Conditions – Black Week Giveaway

Prize

The prize is one (1) gift card with a value of $1500. The gift card can be used as payment at aim’n (in-store and online) and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Competition Period

The competition runs from October 27 to November 14. All entries must be registered before the end of the competition period.

Eligibility

To participate in the Black Week Giveaway, you must become a member of the aim’n Society loyalty club. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning. The competition is open to all individuals aged 18 or older participating as private persons. Employees of aim’n, their relatives, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Each person may only enter once. In cases of suspected fraud or improper participation, aim’n reserves the right to disqualify participants.

Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. aim’n reserves the right to substitute the prize if necessary. Resale of the prize is prohibited. The winner cannot exchange the prize for another item. Any applicable taxes on the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all qualified entries on November 14 and will be notified personally via email on November 16. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) days. If the winner does not respond within this time, another winner will be selected.

aim’n is not responsible for technical issues, operational disruptions, or other problems affecting participation. By entering, you accept aim’n’s privacy policy and these competition terms. The competition is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other external platform. We reserve the right for any typographical errors and changes.
