Swedish activewear brand aim’n launches a new YouTube series – A Dose of Wellness. Hosted by health coach and wellness ambassador Ida B. Olsson, the series marks an important step in the brand’s mission to inspire an active lifestyle and well-being in everyday life.

The new YouTube series features intimate conversations with some of Sweden’s most well-known personalities, providing an exclusive look into how they create their own “dose of wellness” through movement, recovery, and feel-good routines.

“A Dose of Wellness is a project that means a lot to us. Since aim’n was founded in 2013, our dream has been to inspire women toward both physical and mental well-being — to help more people identify what truly makes them happy,” says Tekla Acs, founder of aim’n.

The series consists of eight episodes, where Ida B. Olsson visits various Swedish profiles. Each episode features personal conversations, practical tips, and inspiration on how to build healthy habits and improve your well-being.

“My calling is to inspire the wellness of both body and mind. In a time when mental health challenges are on the rise, this series aims to highlight self-love, the joy of movement, and the importance of mental health,” says Ida B. Olsson.

The first episode was released on April 27, featuring lifestyle personality Josefin Svanberg. Her episode kicks off the series, with a new episode launching every Sunday for the next eight weeks.
